I see that I can filter about 66% of my spam with a simple regex on the body content. Is there a way that I can configure Cpanel to filter email on a regex?

    Absolutely!

When you create an email filter (for individual accounts, I usually log into the webmail interface and click on the Email Filtering icon), where the second drop down box (which by default says "equals") is for creating a rule, one of the options is "matches regex."

    It uses a Perl-style regex.
