    Hello everyone,

I cannot manually delete the filters of my account from cpanel. I tried removing /etc/filters. But they are not removed. Can anyone please help me immediately.

    Thank you

    Dear anish,

Cpanel writes filter in two location. One in vfilters(/etc/vfilters/domain.com) and the other in .filter file in the user directory(/home/user/.filter). Try editing these two files to delete filters manually.

    Regards,
