Find help setting up cPanel / WHM

I hope that I am right here, and that this request is also allowed.
I have already installed cPanel / WHM on my VM. Currently I use another hosting software, but wanted to try cPanel.
But I can not cope properly with the settings and progress.
I'm looking for someone who would help me with the first setup of the cPanel / WHM, also for a fee.
More details could then be discussed. Preferably in German.
