It is possible in cpanel to determine the password associated with a mysql database username?

I have some accounts that I am transfering to a new server which have existing mysql databases. I can see the usernames in cpanel on the server where the accounts are now. But I do not know the passwords for the database usernames.

The only way I can think to get the usernames is to search through the files on the site looking for the config file for each database.

I was hoping there was a way to find the passwords in cpanel or phpmyadmin.
