Is WHM or CPanel included firewall ? If not, what should I concern if installing firewall software?

What should I do to prevent DOS attack ?

Yes you should install a firewall.

A firewall is not going to be that helpful for a blocking most DDOS attemps. Mod_dossevasive will help with some attacks. It all depends on what type of ddos you are talking about. A pure bandwidth flood is going to require packet filtering at the isp level.

APF - from rfxnetworks.com - seems to be the most popular one around here, so you can search and find lots of info on it.

You should hire an admin such as Ryan at www.rfxnetworks.com to secure your server. There is a LOT that goes into locking a server down. Asking the question you did I HIGHLY recommend you go the route of hiring someone.
