Ive sorted the problem its not a cpanel probelm its not a installion probelm either its not a wordpress problem its a pluggin probelm
and i want to thankyou for your help

SFCe - Create Event

you have to upgrade to version 3.95.3

the previos version is faulty and creates a lot of problems
i thought i would just post up here just incase anyone else has this problem thanks again for the help you have provided i think it goes to show to back your stuff up if you add addons onto your blog
