I am telling you,
I ran fix quota script, it took like 10 Min to scan all drives on a medium size box with 1G ram, load was average 2.5 and first thing it did, was cleaned all information on quotas.
afte 10 Min when i was getting anxious, process was got finished
all quotas are looking correct so far!
So if somebody ever needs to run it, dont worry while it is doing the process...
