I'm getting this for ALL the users when running fixeverything. Is this something important? How should I fix this?
I am not sure if this will help, but try running these commands (in that order):
cd /scripts
./fixeverything

This message says that the current directory in which you are firing the command is already deleted so its not able to detect "Preset Working Directory" that is "."

Come out of it and fire your command now.
