It seems that with the latest release of Cpanel build 125, changing usernames is prohibited:

FIXME: This functionality is currently not implemented
Unable to change user name

Anyone else experiencing this?
Any plans of putting this feature back into the next build?

This has always been disabled since we've had cPanel servers (at least a year now). Changing the username on an account is a lot more tedious than changing the domain name associated with an account.
