    Hi All,

I am running a centos box which has been recently switched to MailDir. Ownership was username:mail for mbox  . Should this be the ownerships on MailDir folders also?
And will there be any problems running /scripts/mailperm with MailDir.

    Go on, have a guess
AFAIK - Yes, they're the same ownership and no, there's no problem still using /scripts/mailperm

Edit: IIRC, cPanel have moved to ownership of username:username now, but either should be fine.

    Hi,

The username:username permissions on MailDir folders was a bit confusing for me before and you set it right. Thank you for the response. :)
