    Permission denied.
    Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied

    Hello :)

You may need to access the server via SSH to determine if the directory has the "immutable" flag set (as noted by the "i" when using the lsattr command). EX:

    Code:
    [root@server]# lsattr /home/cpuser/public_html/
     ----i-------- /home/cpuser/public_html/directory
If the directory has the immutable flag, you can remove it via:

    Code:
    chattr -i /home/cpuser/public_html/directory
    Thank you.
