    In the account list, click on the cPanel logo next to their domain to log into their account as reseller. Then click "Update Contact Info" in the preferences block. You can then change the email address stored for that user.

    I want to edit the customer,s contact E-mail Id in account list which i forget to write when i created new account in my server.How can i add his contact id to his data.
    >Account Information>Account List......there i cant edit because ther is no facility to edit..shows there as NONE...
    :confused:ANYBODY HELP ME PLS TO EDIT THIS?

    Dear David,

    i think you dont understand my doubt. Now I want to add just the e-mail id to customer,s information for future contact...I am the reseller here. I forget to write his contact id when created new accounts in my server. Hoping u will spend someseconds for me to solve it....

    If you are referring to data stored in a third party or custom billing system, that is outside the realm of support even for these community forums.
