I am trying to offer free hosting to some folks in my area. I would need to have a banner on each page to help offset costs. How can I make it so every htm, html, and php file created on the machine gets the header I choose added to it?

    Thanks!

I actually saw that when searching the forums here. I then researched it via google and there is no documentation on how to set it up server wide. Someone here told how to use it for one domain, but I need it to add the header to every single file on every single domain.
