    Dear Support team,

I have my own Translation services website. I,m trying to reach my developer over 4 months now to add new features and options to my website but in vain.

Having sent him several emails and SMS without any reply from his side, I felt disappointed because of this.
I hope if you could help me to regain the cPanel user& password.

I have all the communication proving my ownership of the site as well as his ignorance.
I,m very sad because of this since I have exerted a lot of time on the content of the website and advertising campaigns.
I will be grateful if you could help me.

    Thanks ,

    Yahia Marey

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The issue is that I am not able to reach my host provider for more than 3 months. cpanel user is: - Removed -

and when I tried to reset , it asks for the host provider's email, which will be useless in my case. I,m really disappointed

    Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not something we have the capacity to help you with. You may need to consider switching hosting companies if your current provider is unresponsive. You will typically receive more user-feedback to this type of question, along with recommendations for new hosting providers, on websites such as WebHostingTalk.

    Thank you.
