Format/Mount a new Hard Drive function found a 2nd hard disk but do nothing else

My server has two phisycal drives but when i tried to parttion, format and mount the second one, the function under Disk Drives menu - Format/Mount a new Hard Drive just show me the message that the second disk was found but nothing happens. I looked for a button or an area to do a click to go forward but I didn´t found it.
I had the WHM 9.3.0 cPanel 9.3.0-C55 version on a RedHat Enterprise 3 - WHM X v3.1.0 server.

How can I fix this issue.
Somebody, would you mind helping me to know what's going on here?
