Formmail security

I came across an interesting little change for formmail.cgi/pl
Essentially what the script does is if someone is trying to us your formmail program for spam it automatically reports them to there isp and to spamcop.

I have not yet tried it but wanted to see what some of you guys think about it.

Why not ask clients not to use FormMail by Matt Wright, but instead to use the secure FormMail v1.9s available at ftp://ftp.monkeys.com/pub/formmail/1.9s/?
