Formmail accepts only localdomains as recipients.
In a special case it is necessary to forward formmail data
    to 4 remote eMail addresses.

The entry of the domainnames of these eMail addresses
in /etc/localdomains enables /cgi-sys/ to work
properly but the formmail data can't be forwarded due to
    the following error :
    Unrouteable address

That's normally because Exim is handling this eMail address
    like a localdomain address.

The question is how is it possible to get a remote eMail
address accepted by Formmail and relayed by Exim.

Unfortunately there is no .formmailconf or .recips file.

Is there anybody out there who knows a solution for this
    problem ?

I don't use cpanel's formmail script, but you could solve the problem by creating and using a forwarding address, and have it forward the mail to the external e-mail address.
