No matter what I try or do this damn form will not work.

All the coding looks correct and I know the settings are correct
One really wierd thing is that it works if I use lynx from this machine or another machine but wil not work in IE6 or netscape.

You have two form tags

&form NAME=&sw&&

&form METHOD=&POST& action=&http://csrselect.com/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl&&



The first one is causing the form to have an action of itself so its doing a GET on the html page. The browser just ignores the second one. lynx just has a diffrent html parser in it ... Delete the first form tag
