That is a problem on the clients end. It'd appear that the fonts are not installed on their PC. If your client is embedding the files into the web page, then I'd guess that they need to upload the font file again.

No, because they showed me 2 copies of there websites, one on my server, and one on there other server. I can see the fonts on theres, and not on mine..

hi,
it can be due to 2 issues, but i don't think its related to cpanel anyhow.

1). Try checking what encoding is selected on browser while this page is viewed on both servers.
2). if its using a embedded font, those work strictly with URL bindings, so accessing it through shared IP would not allow browser to use the rendered font data.

How do I check the font? I also tried changing the site to a dedicated IP which didn't work.
