FORUM Search Function Is Not Working

The search function on this forum is not working.

ANY TERM I enetered a search returns:

"The search term you specified (ip) is under the minimum word length (3) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer. If this term contains a wildcard, please make this term more specific."

I tried "changing ip" which is more than 3 but its always the same display.

IP is less than 3 letters long

Try substituting IP with IP*
