If you've been a member of these forums for any length of time, you might have not noticed that your email address in your forum profile here is to an old account you no longer use. If this is the case, you will not receive email notifies on forum posts you're subscribed to, you cannot reset your password, etc.

It's very important that your email address is up to date and that you have a good secure password.

A few links that you should find useful:

Change your email and password here
(you must already be logged in for that link to work.)

    Lost Password Recovery Form
(if you've lost your password, but know the email address on the account and it is still an active email account you have access to, use this option.)

    Contact Customer Service
(you can click the link there to contact CS and ask to have your email changed if you cannot log in. We will need to identify you by your old email address on the account though.)

Please check your forum account to be sure it has the most up-to-date details so that you are sure to have a pleasant experience on the forums.
