Is there a way to forward mail and delete it when it is forwarded. We have some users that use other email addresses but our HORDE based address book. I need to be able to have accounts and forward the email, then delete it so these accounts do grow to be too large. If this is not possible can you guys help me figure out where cpanel store the data for the forwards alreasy setup. I maybe can write a script that scrolls through this data and deletes the mail from each mailbox where there is a forward setup.

    Thanks.

Mail is only forwarded and saved if it is a forwarder and POP account. An address doesn't have to be a POP account to be a forwarder.

    Hi,
Mail Filter option in Cpanle will solve your problem. It will forward your mail and delete it
    without any problem.
Let me know if you need any thing else.
