I setup an email account x@x.com through cpanel. Then I edited the forwarding options to forward all mail from x@x.com to c@c.com, however c@c.com is not recieving any mail that x@x.com gets. Is there any explanation for this, or does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks alot.

    Hello,

Please check the /etc/valiases/x.com and set the following entry
    -------------------------------
    X@x.com: c@c.com
    -------------------------------

If the entry is missing please add like this. Also check the .forward file of the user. It will help you to solve this issue.

Let me know the status ;)

    Hello,

You can't do it with ftp. If you want to set it, you should login to the server through ssh.

    Go on, have a guess
Is this your own server? If so, you should have SSH access. If not, then you have to talk to your hosting provider.
