Forwarder to Default Address

    Although this is also important this can be easily fixed by yourself. I think it's more important if cPanel would fix the ability for cPanel users to be able to create a forwarder to the default mailbox. Already a month has gone by and it's still not fixed in none of the builds!!

    Have you attempted to create a forwarder to username@domain.com where username is the cPanel username and domain.com is the primary domain on the account? I ask because I assisted someone via phone about this a few days ago and they said that worked.

    The only thing that will works is the following :

    Code:
    user : username
    cPanel server : server.domainname.tld
    
    and then creating the forwarder to username@server.domainname.tld.
    However, when the account is moved to another server the forwarders will no longer work.

    I actually advise clients to create an extra e-mail box (e.g. mail@usersdomain.tld) and then have the forwarders point to the extra e-mail box. The default e-mail box has become unnecessary then...
