Hello,

I switched from Ensim to cPanel.. at Ensim I remember we use to create an alias ( called Forward at cPanel ) that reditected anyname@domain.com to mymailbox@domain.com.

I need that this forward to support non-existing email accounts, so if someone send a wrong email address like mikez@domain.com while the real account is mike@domain.com, that the main mailbox account will recieve that kind of mails.

Any idea how can I do this at cPanel 11 ?

    Thanks.

you can use the catchall account feature for this. put the catchall account as the main username, and this will make sure that all mails are delivered intact to the main user email. Not to mention that you are inviting spam here as well.

    No-no

Never use a catch-all to solve this problem as you will get too many spam emails. You can setup Mike as a POP account and setup Mikez as a forwarder to mike@youredomain

In fact, I always setup 1 pop3 for a person and 2-3 aliases to cater for variations like fullname, nickname etc.
