    Hello,

I have a client that is trying to send email to Dell. The emails bounce and only say that the dell email address failed. The client called them and they told him that our email server has a reverse DNS record but no forwarding DNS record defined.

How do I setup forwarding DNS for email?

    Thanks for your time!

    Go on, have a guess
That means you do not have an A record for your servers hostname.
