Forwarding emails to new domain

Our company has changed it's name and likewise will be changing it's domain name.

Is there a way that I can have cPanel redirect an email from [email protected] to [email protected] AND send a message back to the person who sent original email to [email protected] to let them know that my new email is [email protected] so they can update their records?

I know this may seem simple... but apparently so too am I. :P

Hello,

You could add the previous domain name to the account as an "Alias" and then setup a filter that redirects email sent to the old address to the new address, and then bounces the message with a specific failure reason (e.g. New domain name). Information on setting up email filters is available at:
