    Hey guys,

I have a little thing with backing up my mails.
    Here's the deal -

I have many Email accounts, that all are configured as IMAP in Outlook.
I also made an Email named "Mastermail", that configured as POP in Outlook.
I made that every Email account will forward it's Inbox messages to "Mastermail", so I will be able to backup (download to a computer) all the emails.
BUT, I need to forward the Sent Items also, to ensure a full backup.

    That leaves 2 options:
    1. Create a POP account in Outlook per Email account and get somehow the sent items (which is only possible using IMAP)
    2. Set a forwarding option in cPanel to forward my Sent items to "Mastermail".

    I hope you all understood.

    Any solution? I'm open-minded :)

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Natan.

For future emails, you may want to implement an exim filter, see:
    https://forums.cpanel.net/f43/prevent-restrict-outgoing-email-248591.html#post1028881

For emails which have already been downloaded, why dont you make a separate Folder called "Sent Backup" within the IMAP Account and Drag and Drop the mails from the "Sent Items" folder manually. This will sync files from your local machine to the server folder "Sent Backup".

You can also set a "Rule" in Outlook to forward the mail to another address, but the exim filter is a faster option.

I hope I have understood you correctly.

    Hey Ruzbehraja,

Actually, the current Email are not something I'm worried from, because I just copy them in one time.

Regarding the "Exim Filter", can you please explain yourself, because I've read that topic, and I didn't quite understand.

    Thank ahead! :)
