I know the old recommended way of redirecting to multiple users was separating by commas. However, you may want to consider making 2 forwarders for fax@, one that goes to joe@ and the second forwarder that goes from fax@ to mike@ and see if that works for you.

In previous versions of cPanel was possible to separate all emails with comma. In cPanel 11 this doesn't work (it say "invalid email address"). However, if you put space instead of comma, it allows you to create forward but doesn't work (exim say: error in redire
ct data: malformed address). So, new cPanel contains less features and a validation bug :)

Feel free to submit a bug report of this to http://bugzilla.cpanel.net - I can understand how a bug like that could fall through the cracks, but nevertheless it should be fixed.

It's too small bug to be submitted. However, you should have a QA team that find & fix problems like this.

Just so you are aware, we do have a Quality Assurance team that does thoroughly test the software before it even reaches EDGE. However, small bugs like this do fall through the cracks.

I'll submit the bug report on your behalf so the QA staff can analyze it.
