FP extension... Security Violations

One sunny day one of my clients send me e-mail that his FP does not work... And before that everything was Ok. So i install FP i try to \"publish site\" with FP and i got folowing error \"Security Violations\"
In my server logs everthing looks perfect does somebody have some idea why FP extension does not work and what message \"Security Violations\" means in this case.

Try uninstalling and reinstall fp ..
