Hi. I don't know if something happened during the creation of the account or what but Front Page does not work on this one account. No other account has a problem with FP. We've tried everything, uninstalling/reinstalling FP extensions on that account multiple times, UPCP cpanel, reinstalling FP extensions on the server. Nothing works. When trying to connect via FP you don't even get as far as entering the username/password it just gives you the standard message that:
    ---------------
The folder their_domain.com is not accessible
The folder may be on an unavailable volume or protected with a password
    ---------------

    Standard FTP works fine.

I guess my question would be what file(s) on the server should I be looking at to see if something got corrupted during account creation. I've checked httpd.conf and it looks fine to me. Is there anything else I may be missing?

    Thanks for any help.
