    Hi,

I heard that cpanel has the Chinese big5 skin free to download but I can't find it anywhere.
    Where can it be downloaded?

    Thanks

Languages are implemented as language files rather than themes themselves. You can set the language for a user account by going to WHM -> Account Functions -> Modify an Account and for the Language, select from one of the available language options. I know we bundle a Chinese translation.

If you ever need more options, user-contributed language files are available at http://lang.cpanel.net

Looking at the changelog, Chinese was added in RELEASE build 16150. That would explain why you do not see that. If you update to the latest RELEASE build, you will see Chinese.

    Hello
That chinese is "Simplified Chinese", used in China mainly
I assume O.P. is aksing for traditional Chinese(big5), used in HongKong and Taiwan.

We have WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.0-S20595

    no big5 there
