free webmail account addon script

Just like to know if cPanel has a php/cgi script that is a addon to allow any visitor to the site to setup there own email address with the domain assigned to the account or any of the addon domains?

I dont want visitors to login to my cpanel to setup there email address(es), just through a addon script. Sorta want to create something like hotmail.

If so, can you also view all the email addresses setup in the email section of cPanel?

If this script hasnt been created, is there anyone who is working on one or know of one as to when it will available for cPanel?

We're working on one that integrates to some extent with cPanel, but it won't be free. I don't have any definite timescales, but it should be released in the next 2 months.
