FreeBSD 6.1 now supported

It appears cPanel now is supported on freebsd 6.0 and 6.1 according to the page above.

Is it possible to upgrade from 5.4 to 6.0 to 6.1 and then a /scripts/upcp or is a full re-install required?

Apologise if this a repost, i did a search and came up with no results regarding the matter

yeah about time!

I have been running 6.1 for about 6 months with Cpanel and no real issues to report.

I would do a fresh install. Not sure what may be different in the kernal from 5. to 6. builds.

Then just copy the sites over if its a production server.

Thanks for the reply, thats what I guessed but if someone had attempted it successfully then I would have a crack at it.
