FreeBSD 7 port package update errors

When running WHM >> Server Configuration>>Update Config and having FreeBSD Port Package Update set to Enable, when it get to the port update part it throws errors about not being able to create a connection to the ftp site for freebsd. Has anyone else had this problem, and/or found a solution?
