fresh install of cpanel getting 404 errors when downloading packages.

i know i have a connection to the web b/c im able to start this thread,
im using suse linux professional 9.1, and its not on the compadable distro chart for cpanel, but here is the install process. and it will keep displaying "Waiting for rsync to finish...." and will not go any further b/c it cannot find the packets i belive. is cpanel's web site stop hosting these files or are they moved or? it also errors out on the universal.sea installer. they worked on my red hat enterprise as distro.
