from Kloxo to cPanel

Hi All

I have a server that only hosts my Red5 installation and has Kloxo installed. i need to add the WHMCS status folder/file to the server , so added a domain , but this does not work.
i am wondering if i instal cPanel DNS only on the server could i still add the WHMCS status folder/file on the server. If so which folder would i need to place this in as i am aware with DNS only i could not add any domains to the server.
