Users get the following error when attempting to publish their pages on their subdomains:

the server that you are publishing to does not have the FrontPage extensions installed and therefore does not support publishing via HTTP

However, the main domain does have frontpage extensions installed.

Installing the FrontPage extensions on an account does not include the subdomains.

You could \"Open Web\" the main account and publish in the subdomain\'s directory.

I do not know if copying the extension folders manually would help... Anybody with a hint?

( Also, Is there a pill I could give to all my customers to convinve them that FTP works better? :D )

The workaround to this is to create a new account with sub.domain.com then use username and pass (Not user@domain.com and pass) to publish to http://www.domain.com/sub
