Frontpage 2003 problem

Hi,
I have a problem in the FP 2003 in cpanel. I have reinstalled FP 2003 many times. But, the cpanel username and password is not accepted. It is asking for the username and password again and again in the frontpage express, while i am trying to publish the web.
Can any one guide me to proceed further....
