I have a client that has a very large subweb. When publishing to the web, it all but kills the server. I found here that the pronlem was doc files on the account. Just search them out and delete them. That worked great BUT it also caused their site search feature to stop working. The file in question is "_vti_txt/default.wti/All.doc".

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

    Thanks for your time...

Besides not using frontpage? You could always use frontpage2003 if your client absolutely HAS to use frontpage at all as its a lot better then its other versions, but you could always attempt to FTP the one file in particular that is the cause . .

    He is using FP 2003.

It is not publishing the file that is the pronlem. It is the fact that the file is there. And that it has to be there.

    Anyone else?
