    Hello All,

I have a question regarding Frontpage ext. (I know, old school), however, I have enabled frontpage extensions to my add-on domain....so now when I go into frontpage and try to publish my site it asks me for the location (which is my site), then it asks for name and password...where do I find that information on my cpanel...I tried the password i created on my add-on domain screen but that doesn't work...I then ftp the site and it works with my ftp user id and password but via ftp only...I need to do it thru frontpage or else my user form I created wont work...any advise...thanks...

I am using windows vista with frontpage 2000 (I know old old school)

I normally put in my domain- whatever. com (main domain), cpanel user name, password.

And just go through your public_html, the folder should be there somewhere.

Okay I tried and no luck yet....here is an example of what I have on cpanel....

    main domain = domainone.com
    home directory = /home/otherdomain
    add on domain = domaintwo.com

so when I go to frontpage and try to publish my site, I tried the following:

    http://domainone.com/domaintwo
    user = cpanel id
pwd = cpanel pwd (I had changed it, tried both)

    I also tried:
    http://domainone.com/home/otherdomain/public_html/domaintwo
    and then
    http://domainone.com/public_html/domaintwo

what am I missing...it's shouldn't be so hard...I know I'm missing something easy...

If you are attempting to use a login that you created for an addon domain, then I think you will need to use a username with @domain appended.

    Ex:
    - you created an addon domain called blahblah.com
    - you created an FTP user for that addon domain named "blahuser"

When you log in, I think you are going to have to log in as blahuser@blahblah.com - not just as blahuser.
