Frontpage has deleted EVERYTHING!!!

I was using Microsoft Frontpage to upload a new file that I was working on, and well, it has deleted everything in my file manager. I cannot open the HTML editor, because all of the files are missing? How do I get it back (if I can), and how do I get it to where I can use HTML editor again? Everythings blank, email address are gone! Oh Gosh!!

Ask your host to restore your files from backup.
