I have a site that has a form on it. When trying to subit the form I get this"

    FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page."

However I do have frontpage extentions installed. When I try to un-install I get this"
    Starting uninstall, port: 80.

    Version: 6.0.2.5516
Error: The server administration programs and the server extensions on the web server are not compatible. The administration program is too old to use with this server.
The version (6.0.2.5516) of the server extensions you are trying to uninstall cannot be uninstalled with this tool. You must upgrade this virtual server to the current version, and then use owsadm.exe to uninstall.

    Removing .htaccess files....Done
    Removing old frontpage files...Done

    How canI fix this?

    Thanks, Kevin

I have tried /scripts/updatefrontage, /scripts/fixfrontpageperm and did not resolve the issue

I can un-instlal via cpanel, then clean up and the form works but the themes are gone. Do I just need to re-upload the themes or is there something else to do?
