Run the commands listed by ciphervendor at a shell prompt as the root user.

Your host has to do it.

    Hi,

What is your domain name?Is your domain name fully resolve to the server?

We have this problem before and we fix it in :

    1. The domain is not fully resolve to the server but to previous which FP ext. is not installed.
    2. The local FP application cache the error.Try restart your PC or the FP application and try again.

Just my 2 cent, hope this might help.

I changed servers 8 days ago . I'm not sure it "fully resolved" but I thought that only took about 2 days. any way you know of verifying it has fully resolved? Also tried reboot with no luck! If I cant get this working soon I'll try another server but then I gotta wait for that to resolve:( .
