    Hi all,
I am rather new to cpanel but am learning what I can. I need to enable frontpage extensions for an account, seemed easy enough with the frontpage button right out there. Clicked install extensions, but I get an error. It ends with saying frontpage was installed, but then just below it it says "frontpage extensions are currently: not installed".

Below is the printout I get of what the server tries to do when I go to install the frontpage extensions for this particular account. I changed the actually username to 'user' and domain to 'website'.

    Saving .htaccess file: /home/user/public_html/.htaccess
    32008: running /usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/bin/owsadm.exe -o install -t apache-fp -m website.com -p 80 -xuser user -xgroup user -u user -pw x -servconf /usr/local/apache/conf/sites/website.com.conf
Error: Cannot open "srm.conf": no such file or folder.
    Merging .htaccess file: /home/user/public_html/.htaccess
    Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/user/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: website.com

Am I missing something somewhere possibly?

I am having the exact same issues on my cPanel server.

    I am running

    cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
    CENTOS 5.3 x86_64 standard

Any ideas how to fix this?

    I run the same version cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 but don't have any error.

Did you try /scripts/upcp and reinstall it again?
