    Hi,

We have a client that has 2 sites with us (with different accounts). On the 2nd one, for some reason when he uploads his website through FrontPage, it puts all files in the /home/accountname directory and not /home/accountsname/public_html directory

Anyone know the solution to this problem? I tried reinstalling the FrontPage extensions but it didn't do any good. Will it help if I delete and recreate his account?

Ok, problem was solved. The user was putting in [b:66cdea3bce]ftp://[/b:66cdea3bce]domain.com instead of http://domain.com when publishing his website with FrontPage 2000. This cause FrontPage to upload the files to the FTP root directory instead of the HTTP root directory.
