We need help on this, and as quickly as possible too. We've been battling this issue for some time now, and we're just not having ANY luck. I may be losing this customer if we don't get this resolved.I've done some searching through the fora here, and there are many FrontPage-related issues which seem to "almost" address our situation, but not quite. Consequently, none of their solutions have worked after trying them.

Our customer wants to enable FrontPage extensions on one of his sites. The problem is, when we activate FrontPage extensions for the desired domain, we get a screen that displays the typical boilerplate warning that Apache requires the mod_frontpage module (which it does, as I've confirmed by directly examining the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file), displays "Setting up web http://xxxx.com", and just *sits* there indefinitely. Oh, and it has a blinking exclamation point in the lower right-hand side of the browser window too.

We have checked everything. /scripts/listproblems produces absolutely no output what-so-ever. We even recompiled Apache as per the recommended cPanel methods, and it still doesn't seem to work.

Is there any place else I should be looking? Is it possible to establish the FrontPage extensions by hand, and somehow tie it into cPanel's database?

Thanks for any help that may be provided!
