customer complains about frontpage 2002 themes not showing correctly when she publishes. any clue on a fix for this? i have uninstalled and reinstalled the extensions to no avail, thank you

I have supported frontpage for years and I have never seen that. Is it a standard theme or a custom one? It is being published with CSS?
