    Can some please help.

We recently upgraded frontpage. We then ran setupfp4 on the domains for customers using Frontpage. Everything installs as it should but our customers still have trouble doing anything with their site while using FrontPage. Please someone help! I have entered a support ticket but nothing yet other than \"reinstall FP\". I did that and it still does not work. Thanks!

well, fyi: the fp-5.0-upgrade.sea did not actually install frontpage 5.0. It rebuilt Apache etc. but did not install the extensions. I called Burst and they installed it for me separately. If you decide to upgrade to FP5, watchout!

I agree .. I think it is a MS trap to get you to tell your clients to upgrade their client side FP. Forget themes and navigation on old FP2000 sites. You customers might be lucky if they can get a site published at all.
