Days ago I got a request from a client who could not send email to another domain, his emails were put in queue and got frozen, they didn't bounce or warned the sender after 3 days just disappeared.

When I checked at the exim_mainlog, the message in question dissapeared after being frozen in queue getting this error:

smtp transport process returned non-zero status 0x000e: terminated by signal 14

    ??? Dissapeared

It never warned the user as said it dissapeared, I have checked exim_mainlog and have found other cases to different domains that maybe the users have not reported but they were lost too.

I have checked the exim_mainlog regularly and find this problem for other messages on different domains. Also checked on other servers and it seems to be happening on them too.
